How 433 Investors Unlocked 400X Return Potential
Institutional investors back startups to unlock outsized returns. Regular investors have to wait. But not anymore. Thanks to regulatory updates, some companies are doing things differently.
Take Revolut. In 2016, 433 regular people invested an average of $2,730. Today? They got a 400X buyout offer from the company, as Revolut’s valuation increased 89,900% in the same timeframe.
Founded by a former Zillow exec, Pacaso’s co-ownership tech reshapes the $1.3T vacation home market. They’ve earned $110M+ in gross profit to date, including 41% YoY growth in 2024 alone. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.
The same institutional investors behind Uber, Venmo, and eBay backed Pacaso. And you can join them. But not for long. Pacaso’s investment opportunity ends September 18.

THE STRUGGLE
They are trying to kill us yall, before we are even born. It’s in the water and food, I saw poison being sprayed on crops by aircraft this week and it disgusted me. We think we are being responsible when drinking water, but are we? We are unaware of the dangers our health is in from drinking water. Picture this, babies are supposed to float in the purest water on earth, but thanks to our broken system, even the womb has been tainted. Studies show “forever chemicals” and pesticides in umbilical cord blood, meaning children are literally born pre-polluted. The danger isn’t just dirty tap water, an ottled water it’s the fact that the first sip of life is already laced with toxins. The truth is shocking. The anxiety of it all. Let’s take a gander. #killbill
THE CONNECTION
You’re not crazy, you heard me right. We are exposing our unborn children to poisons when pregnant. And we were told drinking water is healthy. Is it? The most heartbreaking truth, is more chilling than most doctors will ever tell you, even babies aren’t spared from chemical exposure. Forever chemicals have been found in unborn babies before they take their first breath. Forever chemicals is the nickname for PFAS (per and polyfluoroalkyl substances). These are a family of more than 12,000 man made chemicals used since the 1940s in nonstick pans, waterproof clothing, stain resistant carpets, fast food wrappers, and firefighting foam. They’re called forever because they don’t break down in nature, or in your body. Once inside, they linger for decades, building up in blood and organs.
CHEMICAL EXPOSURE
The Environmental Working Group (2005) tested umbilical cord blood from U.S. newborns and found 287 industrial chemicals from flame retardants to pesticides to PFAS in our water. Here’s what they don’t want you to know: the placenta, once believed to be nature’s perfect shield isn’t stopping these toxins. Brown University research (2020) confirmed PFAS cross the placenta, exposing babies during critical development windows. The fallout? Higher risk of low birth weight, immune dysfunction, hormone disruption, and developmental delays.
STATS
The Environmental Working Group found 250+ contaminants in U.S. tap water (2021). PFAS “forever chemicals” are in nearly half of all samples (USGS, 2023). You can’t feed your sacral chakra with poison, it’s like trying to fill a sacred river with sludge. What are forever chemicals? The C8 Science Panel (tracking 70,000 exposed people from 2005-2013) linked PFAS exposure to cancer, thyroid disease, high cholesterol, ulcerative coalitions, and immune dysfunction. The USGS (2023) found PFAS in 45% of U.S. tap water.

MOST CONTAMINATED
Most Contaminated Bottled Water: 1. Walmart’s Sam’s Choice and Acadia (Giant Food): Found in EWG testing to have contamination levels exceeding California’s bottled water quality standards (Source) 2. Sparkling Waters: Topo Chico (PFAS- 9.76 ppt) and Polar (-6.41 ppt) contained significantly higher levels than the recommended 1 ppt threshold (Source) 3. Generic Plastic Bottles: Studies found bottled water including Dasani contain microplastics, averaging around 240,000 particles per liter, which may elevate health risks (Source)
LESS CONTAMINATED
Better (Less Contaminated) Bottled Water Options: While “uncontaminated” is a high bar, these brands are frequently ranked safer based on available data and transparency: 1. Mountain Valley, Voss, Acqua Panna, Gerolsteiner, Perrier. All highlighted by experts for their purity, mineral balance, and eco-friendly packaging (Source) In earlier evaluations by EWG (2011), 2. Gerber Pure Purified Water, Nestlé Pure Life Purified Water, and Penta Ultra Purified Water earned top marks for labeling transparency and reporting, though data is now over a decade old.

CALL TO ACTION
While doctors prescribe meds for later in life, parents are reducing exposure to contaminants now, by filtering water, ditching plastics, and choosing clean food. Your move today should be to swap plastic bottles for glass and start filtering water. Try high quality waters filters at home (reverse osmosis or activated carbon) and drink from glass or stainless steel. Filters give you control, and cleaner water without the unknowns. Protect the next generation before it’s too late. Get tinctures to detox your body of metals and pollutants.
