THE SETUP
Happy Friday! Have you ever been fcking around in the kitchen or somewhere else in your house, and you need something from your bedroom so you head toward your room to get it and get in there and you forget what the fck you came in there for. So you go back to the kitchen to try to start over or reset and you still can’t get right? Now you touching and rubbing your forehead talking about “Dayum” “Am I losing brain cells?” What is that, and why does it happen? That’s brain fog. Some shit is blocked. You need to at least reset honey. I can explain. Let’s dive in.
WHAT IS THE THIRD EYE
We see people holding the forehead all the time, it’s not for nothing. They are trying to open their third eye. They are trying to get their shit together because something is off. If this is familiar to you, the best way to explain what happens is to say your inner compass goes on airplane mode. This feeling pertains to your third eye chakra being out of balance. You can tell when your third eye is out of whack, or is spinning like a damn broken fan, you’ll feel it.
OUT OF BALANCE
Overactive Third Eye → racing thoughts, obsession with “what ifs,” conspiracy level overthinking type shit, or feeling like you’re psychic when you’re actually just tired.
Blocked Third Eye → brain fog, decision paralysis, zero gut instinct, that nagging “wtf am I even doing?” vibe.

HOW TO CLEANSE & RESET YOUR THIRD EYE
If you are really trying to heal this and reset there’s a few things you need to do to achieve this. This is what you need to do:
1. Shut the fck up and sit the fck down. Meditation isn’t Instagram fluff. Even 5 minutes of silence tells your third eye it’s safe to reboot. Focus on that spot between your brows for bonus points.
2. Indigo everything. Wear indigo. Eat indigo (blueberries, blackberries, eggplant). Surround yourself with it. Your brain responds to colors more than you think.
3. Clean your fuel. Your intuition doesn’t run on fcking Monster Energy Drinks. Drink water, eat greens, cut the junk. Clarity runs on clean fuel. (Source)
CLEANSE & RESET YOUR THIRD EYE
4. Your Write your weirdness. Dreams, gut hits, random sparks, dump them into a journal. Clears the clutter so intuition can actually speak.
5. Forehead to the floor. Yoga poses like child’s pose or forward folds press right on that third eye zone. Grounding + release in one.

A tip to try daily to help soothe your mental: Sit down. Use your index or middle finger. Apply gentle, circular pressure between your brows. Do it for 30 seconds, 2 minutes while breathing slow. Visualize indigo light glowing there as you rub.
A tip for bedtime: Warm compress and breathwork are game changing help. Soak a washcloth in warm water, place it gently over your forehead, and breathe slowly (in for 4, out for 6). The heat relaxes tension + sinus pressure, while the breath tells your nervous system to chill the fck out.
