Anxiety : Calm the fck down!
Tell me if something like this has ever happened to you. Like to hear it, here it go. Wake up excited about my day hitting my little dance waiting for all my deliveries so I can restock but right around 10:30 am-ish, say mane my heart starts beating hella fast and hard, then BAM 💥 out of nowhere I start freaking the fck out, I get hella hot and start sweating, I start wiping my forehead and shiiih, hella scared, then the worry hits BAM 💥 It kicked in on High Def and carrying luggage and so many things popped in my head. What the fck is going on? I know that everything is good, but still mad “What Ifs” are going through my head.

Now I’m tight , I’m thinking what’s for lunch, Did I miss InstaCart?, now I’m nervous, Did I even order InstaCart last night? Did I remember trash bags? How are you thinking about lunch…you haven’t ate breakfast yet, but to reply Vegan chili, no, yes and yes. Calm the fck down…. It’s Wednesday, Hump Day, that’s the most chill day of the week. I’m thinking “Did I close the garage door“? Y’all I work from home, I don’t ever have to go outside plus, I haven’t left the house all day, “Girl you outta there!”. Mind you all, I did not have any deadlines, I had no appointments, and up to date with work, so nothing pressing.
This can happens prior to and/or during social events where a lot of people will be looking at me, it fcks me up. A migraine usually follows so I’m down for at least 24 - 48 hours after. Does anyone else experience this? What the fck was that? So intense. Do I breathe through it? What caused that feeling? What do I do next time this happens? If you are a Human, you have most likely gone through an episode or two. We know medication helps, what if this is your first episode, it is so scary. So to answer my question, yes this has happened to you 😁 This may sound like I’m joking, but this is a serious condition millions of people suffer with. So, I did a little research, check it out.

Breathing Exercise
I know it feels like you’re about to unalive but you’re not. During sudden attacks try deep breathing exercises. Try to find a seat or sit down if you feel light-headed. Try to focus, take a deep breath in for 4 seconds, 4, 3, 2, 1. Exhale for 4 seconds, 3, 2, 1. Repeat as many times as needed to calm down and slow your heart rate. Stay calm.
What the fck do I do next time?
FckThat, basically all that is good and there’s a way to handle everything, but freaking the fck out is not the way 😂 most of the time it’s involuntary and can not be controlled. Use breathing exercises for stressful times during the day to keep that feeling of uncertainty or anxiety under control. A bunch of thoughts will go through your head but follow these few things and say Fckthat to the rest, try this :
Close your eyes and focus on your breathing
Recognize you're having a panic attack, not a health emergency
Remind yourself: it's temporary and will pass soon
Stay mindful and present, allowing the sensations to fade naturally
Breathe deeply to calm both your body and mind
Chill the fck out
Light up or enjoy a Gummie
