ANXIETY
Are you always late to places? Do you know somebody that wastes hella time, or takes hella long to do everything? Or that fool that thinks because he doesn’t have $hit to do during business hours that you don’t have $hit to do either. Are you that person that planned the party and everybody is already there waiting on you? We gonna get our shit together though this year. Lol on some slow ass Capricorn energy. I’m weak. Sorry Capricorns, yall know I love you.
You can do whatever you want, nobody gives a f*ck about what you do, that’s not the problem, as long as you don’t lullygag, you plan for it, you are still productive, and do what you say, shouldn’t miss a f*ckin’ beat and why not get it on your calendar your phone is in your hand most of the day. That’s just f*cking adulting and being accountable. So, is time management and procrastination the same thing? Do you think If one is changed the other will sort itself out?
VERSUS
Procrastination vs. Time Management
Time management and procrastination are not the same but they are closely related concepts.
Time management is the process of planning, organizing, and controlling how you spend your time to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. It involves setting priorities, making schedules, and allocating time to specific tasks to achieve your goals.
Procrastination on the other hand, is the act of delaying or postponing tasks, often unnecessarily, even when you know there could be negative consequences.

How do I fix it?
Improving time management skills—such as breaking tasks into smaller steps, setting deadlines, and using to-do lists—can help reduce procrastination.
Prioritizing tasks – Most cell phones have “Notes”, start your list there to tackle high-impact tasks first.
Breaking down goals – Split big projects into smaller, actionable steps to avoid overwhelm.
Time-blocking – Assign time slots to tasks to stay focused and reduce procrastination.
Tracking progress – Check off completed items for motivation and momentum.
Limiting your daily list – Focus on 3–5 key tasks to avoid burnout and stay realistic.
Reviewing daily – Reflect and adjust your list each day to stay aligned with your goals.
