ANXIETY

These Flowers Are For You
F*ck anxiety, it’s Friday, grab some food, pour a glass, light one, kick your feet up and try to chill the f*ck out. Enjoy. You earned it. To all lost you are missed, Happy Mother’s Day!🕊️
Trigger Warning: Are you a workaholic? Do you sometimes piss yourself off because you the type that can not stop working? So your work day drips into your personal life because you know you can finish this one thing real quick before tomorrow. And you promised yourself you would stand on business this year and because you are a muthaf*ckin’ go-getter and you will grind and about that life by any means and you are the one and only.
So you get it done no matter what it takes or how long it takes. And you sometimes even take on a little extra just to challenge yourself because you know what you are doing makes everything better and make it all bubble so you kinda have a hard time chilling the f*ck out? (But you still better get your fat ass up at 6 am and get to Victory Stairs in the morning.)
SHIT TO AVOID

Avoid These Things
Either way anxiety creeps up on yo’ ass and can make your work hours longer than your personal hours. F*ck that, there’s easier ways to stress less and reduce anxiety by resetting when transitioning between the end of work and the beginning of personal.
No matter your specialty, anxiety thrives in chaos and overextension. Peace grows in structure, balance, and self-investment. Just because you don’t go to a physical office does not mean you don’t work during the day. Shit to avoid:
Overextending yourself
“Down the rabbit hole” “Doomscrolling” (excessive screen time)
Caffeine or sugar late in the day
Ignoring transitions
Negative self-talk or “Productivity Guilt”
Avoiding your emotions
Reduce anxiety and protect your mental space after work, avoid shit that are triggers - especially during your personal time. Be responsible, do what makes sense according to your job description because FckThat did not say tell your job F*ck You on Tuesday because you don’t work that day.
SELF CARE

10 Minutes To Love Yourself
Stop letting things trigger you, try these transition exercises take less than 10 minutes and create a clear mental boundary. 3 quick, effective and deserving ways to reset between work and personal time. It really helps if you mind your own f*cking business and do you so through self-testing here is what I found helps me, try to:
Change your environment- By stepping outside, or taking a short walk, or even just changing your clothes and lighting a candle. The physical shift of energy tells your brain “Work is over. We’re in personal mode now, turn the f*ck down”.
Do a 5 minute breathing reset- Sit or lay down(on floor cuz you know outside clothes don’t go on the bed), close your eyes, and take deep, slow breaths-in for 4, hold for 4, out for 6. FOCUS. Calms stress almost instantly.
Write a “Brain Dump”- Take a few minutes to jot down lingering thoughts from the work day and scribbles just get that energy out. Then close the notebook or app-symbolically closing the work loop so you can fully focus on your evening.

In vase, add flower food, 2 pennies, ½ a capful of bleach, that kills slime (bacteria) if flowers did not come with powder food use ½ a teaspoon of white sugar it’s the same shit. Add water to ¼ from top of vase, then place each flower one-by-one in vase, do the same for the greenery.
