Alright foodies, let’s get to it, and talk through it.

This week we are uncovering the truths inside of having a “Holistic Diet”.

Is it better or does it even work? Ever heard of it? Here’s the tea. It's so health conscious you might just levitate before you can finish the meal. Like you're trying to achieve the perfect state of food nirvana. You know, the kind of diet where you're not just eating a salad, you're having a spiritual experience with each bite. This IS That. It doesn’t have to be hella boring and plain, fruits and vegetables are very yummy once your taste buds have been detoxed from the processed sugar and extra-triple barbecue drizzle. A holistic diet is what you make it, add some new healthy combos to your meals and drinks too, like juicing is a great holistic diet meal replacement. Juicing is my go-to for anything watermelons preferrably. Don’t yuck my yum, at least try it first. Watermelon juice is great for detoxing too. This too takes time to get adjusted to the new diet. Overall, if you don’t have a holistic diet, Try it!

What’s the deal?
So, what's the deal with Holistic Diets anyway? It's all about reintroducing real nutrients back into your body. This means we go back to the basics, breathe, stay calm. We're talking about ditching the processed junk and getting back to nature's bounty – fresh fruits and veggies that are so unprocessed, they practically still have dirt on 'em. Whole grains that are so whole, you practically have to chew 'em for an hour before they'll let you swallow. And eggs so fresh, they're still clucking in the carton. Just kidding guys, we get our eggs straight from the chicken. Big Food has gotten so well-versed at creating convenient meals and snacks that the average American only consumes 2.7 servings of fruits and vegetables a per day, that’s almost 7x less than the appropriate amount. And the worst part is you’ll most likely find those fruits and veggies sitting in between 2 pieces of bread and a burger patty or as a topping on a dessert dish. When shopping for fruits try your best to buy seeded fruits as they are said to be real fruit, those without seeds are genetically modified. Crazy right, but it’s true.

Pros & Cons?

Is there a downfall? No. Well… yes, it can get kind of pricey when we start looking at organic poultry and seafood. But that’s about as bad as it gets. Mind you – it's not just about what you're putting in your mouth, it's about what you're doing with the rest of your body too. It's like they say, you can't have a balanced diet without a balanced lifestyle. You gotta move around a bit big back. Period. Get out there and break a sweat! Do your best to shake something daily, otherwise we’re just a potato sitting on a couch and life is too short to be that. So help yourself get up, get out and move something stop losing time and lose weight. Let me help you.

Verdict?

So, what's the bottom line? It's simple, really. Food determines health, if wealth is health and whole foods are a stepping stone to unlocking your body's full potential and one step closer to us being billionaires. It's like they say, you are what you eat. And if you’re eating garbage, well, let's just say we’re not gonna end up on the cover of Women’s Health anytime soon. I want to be a billionaire don’t you?

In conclusion, if we want to live your best life, if we want to feel like a billion bucks every day, then embrace the Holistic Lifestyle, my friend.
