GUILTY : Trump becomes first former U.S president convicted of felony crimes

Here’s what you should know about Donald Trump’s conviction in his hush money trial

Donald Trump became the first former American president to be convicted of felony crimes Thursday as a New York jury found him. guilty of all 34 charges in a scheme to illegally influence the 2016 election through a hush money payment to a porn actress Stormi Daniels who said the two had sex.

The jury in Donald Trump’s criminal hush money trial has found the former president guilty of 34 felony counts against him. The verdict was delivered late Thursday afternoon after two days of deliberations that spanned 9.5 hours

Donald Trump’s conviction on 34 felony counts marks end of his historic hush money trial. But the fight is far from over. Here’s what you should know.

  • When is sentencing? July 11, just days before Republicans are set to pick Trump as the 2024 nominee

  • Can Trump vote? He may be convicted and reside in Florida, but can still vote as long as he stays out of prison in New York state

  • Will this impact the 2024 election? While unclear whether Trump’s once-imaginable status as a person convicted of a felony will have any impact at all on voters

Can Trump vote?

The conviction doesn’t bar Trump from continuing his campaign or becoming president. Trump could still vote for himself after New York conviction if he’s not is prison on Election Day. It’s unclear to what extent the judge may factor in political and logistic complexities of jailing a former president who is running to reclaim the White House. Trump’s daughter-in-law Lara Trump, who serves as co-chair of the RNC (Republican National Committee) said in a Fox News Channel interview on Thursday that Trump would do virtual rallies and campaign events if he’s convicted or sentenced to home confinement. Leading strategist in both parties believe that Trump still remains well-positioned to defeat Joe Biden, even as the Republican now faces the prospect of a prison sentence and three separate criminal cases still outstanding.

Prison Time?

The conviction doesn’t bar Trump from continuing his campaign or becoming president. Now comes the sentencing and the potential for a prison sentence. Can Trump could go to prison? The answer is uncertain. The charge of falsifying business records is a Class E felony in New York, the lowest tier of felony charges in the state. Punishable by up to four years in prison, the punishment would ultimately be up to the judge Hon. Juan M. Merchan there is no guarantee he would give Trump time behind bars. Other punishments could include a fine or probation.

Trump faces the threat of more serious prison time in the three other cases he’s facing, those cases have been bogged down by appeals and legal fights , so it remains unclear whether any of them will go to trial before the November election.

This Is Amerikkka!

It is hard to believe this is real life and Amerikkkans will still vote for Trump even as a convict, rapist, insurrectionist, treasonist, thug, liar and tyrant we can go on for a bit but it seems nothing matters in White Supremacy , that always comes first before all, why would anyone else or anything else matter, war not peace, nor love or humanity. This Is Amerikkka! Is it Vote Or Die? If it were, would you Vote For Trump Or Die?

Question Of The Week :

Would you vote for Donald Trump if he agreed to give reparations? 🤔
