This Week’s Topic: 3 Rules To Making New Habits

Your Weekly Source For Truth & Clarity

MAKE NEW HABITS STICK (MEL ROBBINS)

Creating good habits isn’t about willpower, it’s about designing your life so the right thing becomes the easy thing. Mel Robbin’s says it takes these 3 things:

  • Push yourself

  • Repeat it over, and over, again

  • Practice Self-Compassion

PUSH

Push yourself by taking one small uncomfortable action daily. Growth lives just outside comfort. Tiny brave moves build momentum, confidence, and discipline faster than waiting for motivation.

REPEAT 3X

Repeat it over and over again repeat the habit every day until it feels automatic. Consistency trains your brain to expect the behavior. What you practice becomes who you are, not what you promise.

SELF-COMPASSION

Practice self-compassion when you slip. Progress is messy. Talk to yourself kindly, reset quickly, and continue. Shame stops growth, but patience keeps you moving forward.

PROMOTION

Thank you for your support.

CALL TO ACTION

This week, pick one tiny habit today. Do it once. Repeat it tomorrow. Be kind to yourself when you miss, then start again, but try not to miss twice. Momentum is built by showing up, not being perfect.
