Special Thanks to everyone that supported the fundraiser for Lyshelle, and my family at Greater Gospel Temple COGIC, MB Daniels Mortuary, Chef Tay @Black & Tan Hall, everything was perfect. Lyshelle’s service was absolutely gorgeous, and she was cheered for like the Queen she is, and her party looked like she was about to walk through the doors to hear “Surprise”. I wish you could have been there and seen it, the sea of different shades of beautiful pink, light purple, and white, it was so soft, and happy, the food was fire and seeing family was fun. It was absolutely a celebration. Thank you to all that donated to make Lyshelle’s Celebration Of Life so outstanding and memorable. I think Lyshelle was proud. As you all know we unexpectedly lost our gorgeous Lyshelle due to complications from breast cancer. To all whom helped thank you for your support, and thank you all for your prayers. WHAT IS ANXIETY
What is anxiety, and what does it feel like? Anxiety is constant worry, fear, or nervousness with a racing mind and physical tension. Anxiety is your body’s response to stress or perceived danger, even when no real threat is present. It feels like uncontrollable racing thoughts, a tight chest, restlessness, and constant worry. You may feel overwhelmed, on edge, or unable to relax, making it hard to focus, sleep, or feel calm. For anxiety relief, I use these Ashwaghanda gummies and they help keep me chill.

How would I know if my heart chakra is unbalanced? When your heart chakra is unbalanced, you feel guarded, emotionally drained, or easily hurt. You might struggle with trust, hold onto past pain, overgive, or feel unworthy of love. It can show up as loneliness, resentment, or difficulty connections, leaving your heart feeling heavy, closed off, and disconnected from others and yourself.
SIGNS YOU NEED TO CLEANSE
What are signs I may need to cleanse my heart chakra? You may need to cleanse your heart chakra when you feel constantly tense in your chest, you struggle to feel joy, or you avoid emotional connection.
