Merry Christmas! Listen don’t stop manifesting. This is very real, and it happens more often than people admit. Sometimes, life feels like it grants your prayers, then takes the rug out from under you. You manifest, you get a blessing, and then you stop consciously aligning with your vision or old habits, fears, and doubts creep back in and. All your happiness seems to fcking disappear, and your shit feels like it’s crumbling. Because you stopped manifesting and showing gratitude. You fell into the comfort trap. You know yo ass can’t stay consistent or committed to shit. And you wonder why suddenly, chaos returns. Tee hee. You are blocking your blessings, and you stopped manifesting. Man…Let’s get into it.
SIGNS YOU ARE A BLESSING BLOCKER
Blocking your blessings isn’t about bad energy or thinking the wrong thought. It usually means your nervous system, beliefs, or habits are protecting you from change, even when the change is good. Most common signs you may be blocking your blessings:
You say you want something, but you resist the steps. You want growth, love, peace, or money but avoid the actions that would bring them. Procrastination, excuses, or constant “not now” are the signs your body doesn’t feel safe with what you’re asking for. You downplay opportunities.
You minimize good things. By saying “It’s not that serious,” “Anyone could do this,” “It probably won’t last.” This protects you from disappointment but also from receiving.
SIGNS YOU ARE A BLESSING BLOCKER
You quit when things start working. Momentum triggers fear more responsibility, more visibility, and higher expectations. So you slow down, self-sabotage, or walk away right before things deepen.
You overthink instead of act. Analysis becomes avoidance. You research, plan, and wait for certainty instead of taking the next step. Thinking feels safer than committing.
You feel uncomfortable receiving. Compliments, help, love, or money make you tense or reflective. If receiving feels unsafe, abundance struggles to stay.
SIGNS YOU ARE A BLESSING BLOCKER
You stay loyal to old versions of yourself. You subconsciously cling to identities built around struggle, independence, or survival. Growth can feel like betrayal to your past, yor family, or who you’ve been.
You confuse peace with boredom. When life becomes calm, you feel restless or create chaos. Your nervous system may be used to stress and mistake calm for emptiness.
You believe good things don’t last. If you expect loss, you prepare for it, even when things are going well. This creates emotional distance from joy.
You’re not blocking blessings because you’re unworthy, you’re hesitating because your system is trying to keep you safe. Safety comes from abundance.
NO CONSISTENCY
Why you can’t stay consistent. People struggle with consistency not because they’re lazy or unreliable, but because consistency requires emotional regulation, not just motivation. Most people quit when the initial excitement fades and effort becomes routine. That’s when self-doubt, fear of failure, fear of success, boredom, and old survival patterns surface. Consistency also exposes limits, energy, discipline, identity shifts and many were never taught how to stay when discomfort appears. Quitting often feels safer than confronting who they must become to continue. And we wonder why we have anxiety. No outlet, no way to let that energy off. It’s kinda like dogs, that’s why they go to the park to burn that energy off so they don’t tear your fcking house up.
DON’T STOP BELIEVING
Manifesting is the key to alignment.
Alignment fades. Manifestation isn’t just asking, it’s living in sync with your vision. Once you “have it,” people often relax, forget the inner work, or stop feeling worthy.
Comfort traps. You get a taste of blessings, then consciously slip into old routines, fears, or negative patterns.
Vibration shifts. Manifesting works with your energy, focus, and belief. When your mind doubts or fears creep back in, the universe “matches” your vibration.
GET BACK TO IT
How To Get Back To Manifesting
Reconnect with your vision. Write down exactly what you want, not just the outcome but how it feels, smells, and looks. Feel it fully as if it’s already yours.
Re-establish daily alignment rituals. Gratitude journaling for what’s already in your life. Affirmations that reinforce worthiness and abundance. Visualizations that make your future real in the present.
Release the old story. Acknowledge fear, doubt, or old chaos without judging it. Use rituals, meditation, or journaling to clear old energy.
Take inspired action. Manifestation isn’t magic alone, you meet the universe halfway. Even tiny steps, posting, organizing, connecting, and learning keep the energy moving.
Stay consistent, not desperate. Stop begging or over-focusing on the result. Focus on alignment, vibration, and inspired action daily.
REMEMBER THIS
Manifesting is like watering a plant. You don’t just plant the seed and walk the fck away. You keep nurturing it, adjusting, and removing weeds. When you stop, growth slows. But if you get consistent again, the blessings bloom, often bigger than before. That’s why you are not getting the results you are use to, you are out of your manifestation energy. Vision boards are a great way to manifest with no thought. Plus you see it everyday and you can go over your goals daily. Manifest, pray, chant. Do whatever you like, just do it, and keep guiding your own destiny.
