FOR STARTERS

10 Must-Haves For A Anxiety-Free Halloween Party

Finding Compassion & Knowledge That Help Anxiety

1. Spooky decorations

Fake spiderwebs, skeletons, pumpkins, black tablecloths, orange lights, and a creepy entrance. Focus on one main area for the biggest visual impact.

2. Food that feeds everybody

Pizza, hot dogs, chips and dip, popcorn, and easy finger foods. For 10–15 guests, plan around 4–6 appetizer-sized bites per person if you're also serving a meal, plus the main food.

DRINKS + SWEETS

3. Candy and sweet treats

Fill bowls with assorted candy, cookies, cupcakes, or Halloween brownies. Store-brand candy works just fine.

4. Drinks

Water, lemonade, soda, and a Halloween punch. Give your drinks spooky names like Witch's Brew or Vampire Juice.

AMBIANCE

5. Lighting and music

Orange and purple string lights, battery-powered candles, and a Halloween playlist. Music sets the mood before guests even arrive.

6. A costume contest

Categories could include Scariest Costume, Funniest Costume, Best Couple, and Most Creative. Prizes can be candy bags or inexpensive gift cards.

GAMES + PICS

7. Games and activities

Pumpkin bowling, Halloween trivia, or a candy-counting jar.

8. A photo booth

Hang a black sheet, add balloons and spooky props, and let everyone take pictures. It's an inexpensive way to create lasting memories.

FINISHING TOUCHES

9. Seating and serving supplies

Chairs, plates, cups, napkins, utensils, trash bags, serving trays, and a place for guests to put their belongings.

 10. A memorable finishing touch

Give guests small candy bags, announce costume winners, or end the night with a group picture. One thoughtful detail makes the party feel complete.
