CAUGHT CHA HATIN’

Hating Is The New Jealousy
Modern word: Hater. Former word: Jealous. Fck that. Nothing like a fcking hater. They work the ass of hating too, that shit is a career worldwide and they do not stop working. A hater is gonna hate. Let me ask you something. Have you ever caught somebody hating on you? It happens all the time, they don’t need a reason to hate either, nothing matters they be hating on a bitch ears. Hate on your headband tee hee. The best shit is when you catch a hater hating, Ole hatin’ ass batch (like E-40) “Caught cha hating.” Dudes be hatin’ too. But what is wrong with a hater, why are they so fcking jealous? That’s what we need to find out. Let’s dive in.

WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON

Jealousy, Anxiety, and The Solar Plexus
Jealousy usually comes from feeling powerless, insecure, or “less than.” That’s why it can connect to a weakened Solar Plexus Chakra, the energy center tied to confidence, identity, and self-worth. When this area feels off you may not even know it, anxiety gets louder too. You overthink, compare yourself constantly, seek validation, and emotionally react to everything because your inner stability feels shaky.

FOCUS ON YOURSELF

The Key Is To Focus On Yourself
Solar Plexus Chakra is the third chakra, it sits in your upper abdomen in that soft-ass spot under your rib cage. Yellow represents it on the chart. The key is stopping comparison and rebuilding trust in yourself. Jealousy grows when you focus more on other people’s lives than your own direction. Your nervous system stays stressed because your brain keeps screaming, “I’m behind.” That energy drains confidence fast and keeps anxiety in survival mode. Lock in, and get yourself together. If you focus on yourself as much as you focus on somebody else, you will be bad as fck.
IMPORTANCE OF REALIGNMENT
3 Ways To Realign Your Solar Plexus Chakra
1. Move Your Body Immediately. Walk, stretch, workout, dance, shit anything to shake it off. The Solar Plexus is action energy. Movement interrupts anxious spiraling and reminds your body you’re not trapped or powerless. So if you feeling a way, just start twerking and shake that shit fast too, your fcked up-ed-ness will go away.
2. Wear or Look at Yellow. Sounds small, but color psychology affects mood. Yellow symbolizes confidence, warmth, and personal power. Sunlight helps too. Your body literally responds to light and energy shifts.
3. Say One Confident Thing Out Loud. Not fake ass affirmations you don’t believe. Keep that shit real: “I’m figuring it out.” “I can handle this.” “I don’t need to compete.” Your brain listens to the words you repeat most.

Bad news is good business. We never bought in.

Every morning, financial news follows the same script. Headlines panic, coverage catastrophises, and somewhere inside the noise is the story that actually matters — the one that tells you where the opportunity sits, not just where the fear is pointing.

Most sources have stopped looking. The alarm is easier to sell.

The Daily Upside was created by Wall Street insiders for readers who crave real insight over recycled anxiety. Five minutes of global business and finance, before the noise sets the agenda — just the facts, context, and analysis your decisions need.

Join 1M readers — including managing directors and principals at some of Wall Street’s largest institutions — who trust The Daily Upside to filter through the chaos.

The upsides are always there. We’ll find them before breakfast.
